ABOUT ME

I’m originally from a small town in Wiltshire but during my grown up years I’ve lived in Saudi Arabia & Qatar in the Middle East. I’ve had many jobs over the years from the very under appreciated bar jobs to web developer and all the way up to Account Manager for an online training company. I even worked as a restaurant and food critic in the M.E.

Going back to the UK in 2012 has enabled me to faff about with what I love the most, sewing and creating.

 

Due to the nature of life and it's little hurdles, I'm now living part time in Houston, Texas while my husband is on a temporary posting. I'm managing to get back to the UK a bit more regularly after the pandemic now though!

Most of my British followers and customers will know me for my 3d soft sculpture mice but now I work primarily with embroidery and beadwork. I try to make my embroidery as realistic as possible but I love to give it a twist by adding beads to certain elements of the piece.
